Position held: UX/UI & motion designer

Project Overview:
Renault introduced the "Atome" project, a digital solution aimed at streamlining the engine assembly process. The primary goal was to enhance productivity and minimize efficiency loss during work hours. "Atome" enables collaborative real-time work progress sharing among team members, resulting in expedited work process validation with a remarkable 65% efficiency boost. The project, initiated in R1, spanned a duration of 7 months.

As the UX/UI & Motion Designer, my role encompassed the entire project lifecycle, from initial UX planning to the final UI implementation. Below are the key tasks I undertook for both the UX and UI components:

User experience(UX)
1. Conducted individual interviews with professionals to map out their User Journey, gaining insights into their work processes and collaborative methods within the field.
2. Developed personas for each interviewee, identifying their expectations, needs, pain points, and frustrations (UX, PO, PM, and Scrum Master).
3.  Proposed optimization solutions, including:
- Streamlining processes by eliminating unnecessary steps.
- Enhancing technicians' work methods through the introduction of new tools (iPad, Desktop).
- Establishing a real-time sharing system.
